Heat-Assisted Muscle Release

Deep Stone Regulation

Deep Stone Regulation uses precision-heated basalt stones as an extension of the therapist's hands — not as decoration, but as a genuine therapeutic tool. The heat penetrates deeply into muscle tissue, softening chronic tension that would otherwise require aggressive pressure to release. This makes it uniquely effective for clients with chronic tightness, those who work or live in cold, air-conditioned environments, and anyone who needs profound release without intensity. The combination of skilled manual technique and thermal therapy produces results that neither alone can achieve.

Warmth first, depth second — deep release without the strain.

What makes this ritual different

Most deep work relies on pressure alone to reach tight muscle. Deep Stone Regulation changes the order: precision-heated basalt stones warm and soften the tissue first, so your therapist can work into deeper layers without forcing them. The stones move as an extension of the hands — gliding over an area, resting on held tension, and warming the muscle before manual technique goes deeper. It is how you reach genuine depth without the sharp intensity that classic deep tissue can carry, which is why it suits people who want release but find hard pressure too much.

The CasaBliss experience

Before

You receive a clear confirmation with simple arrival guidance. Your therapist arrives with everything needed — including the stones and the equipment to heat them safely — introduces themselves, and reviews your comfort, pressure preferences, areas to include or avoid, and any aroma or music you would like. Because this session uses heat, they also ask about your sensitivity to warmth and confirm the stone temperature will feel comfortable for you before beginning.

During

The session opens by settling warm stones over the first areas, letting the heat sink into the muscle before any deeper work begins. Your therapist alternates between gliding the stones and working by hand, using the softened tissue to reach depth gradually rather than abruptly. Stone temperature is checked as they go, professional draping is maintained throughout, and both the warmth and the pressure are adjusted to you at any point.

After

The session winds down with slower, lighter passes as the warmth eases off, and a clear cue that the hands-on portion has ended. Your therapist offers simple aftercare guidance — water, unhurried rest, and giving your body a little time before a warm shower — with no pressure to rebook.

Your comfort remains in your control

Professional draping is maintained throughout the session; only the area being worked is uncovered. Because this session uses heat, stone temperature is confirmed with you before beginning and checked as the session goes — it should always feel warm and comfortable, never too hot, and you can ask for it warmer, cooler, or paused at any time. Pressure, positioning, and areas of focus are discussed beforehand and can be adjusted at any point; you can ask that any area be avoided, request quiet or conversation, and change your preferences whenever you like. Your comfort and consent stay in your control from start to finish.

Frequently asked questions

Are the stones hot, or could they burn me?

They are warm, not hot. The basalt stones are heated to a comfortable therapeutic temperature and always checked before they touch your skin. You can ask for them warmer, cooler, or paused at any point, and your therapist keeps monitoring the temperature throughout.

Is this a deep pressure session?

Yes — it reaches the deeper muscle layers, but the heat softens the tissue first, so the depth arrives without the sharp intensity of traditional deep tissue. Pressure is adjustable at any time if you want more or less.

It is recommended for people sensitive to deep pressure — how does that work?

The warmth does part of the work. By softening the muscle before the hands go deeper, your therapist can release held tension using less force, which is why many people who find hard pressure too intense are comfortable with this session.

Can I adjust the pressure and the heat during the session?

Both, at any point. You can ask for firmer or lighter pressure and warmer, cooler, or briefly paused stones. Nothing about the session is fixed once it starts.

How is draping handled?

Professional draping is maintained the entire session; only the area being worked is uncovered. You stay covered and in control throughout.

Can I request silence, or ask to avoid certain areas?

Yes to both. You can request quiet or conversation and specify any areas to avoid before you begin, and you can change either preference during the session.

What should I wear?

Undress to your comfort level under professional draping — many guests keep their underwear on. Wear whatever feels comfortable when your therapist arrives.

Is it a good option for older adults?

Often, yes — the warmth tends to feel comfortable and the pressure is easy to keep gentle. If you have circulation, nerve, or skin conditions, mention them when booking and consult your physician first, since heat is not right for everyone.

Are there conditions where the heat is not recommended?

Yes. Because this session uses heat, it is not suitable for diabetes with nerve damage, and it may require physician clearance with cardiovascular conditions or certain skin sensitivities. Let us know your health details when booking so we can confirm it is a good fit or suggest a better one.

Can I book this while pregnant?

No — this heated-stone session is not recommended during pregnancy. Bliss Prenatal Care is designed specifically for expectant mothers and is the better choice.

What does the therapist bring?

Everything needed — a professional massage table, fresh linens, oil or lotion, the basalt stones with the equipment to heat them safely, and optional aromatherapy and music. You only need a comfortable space and a nearby power outlet for the stone warmer.

How much space is needed, and how do I book?

A clear space of approximately 12×12 feet for the massage table plus room for the therapist to move around it, near a power outlet. To book, choose "Request this session", pick your time, and place your $50 deposit to reserve your therapist — the balance is due after the session.
