Making massage part of your lifestyle means booking care at a rhythm that fits your life — weekly, every other week, monthly, or flexibly — instead of waiting until tension takes over. Each in-home session is personalized: your Florida-licensed therapist arrives with everything needed, asks first, and adapts pressure, focus, and pacing to how you feel that day. You can begin with a single visit and adjust your routine at any time. Massage supports comfort and relaxation. Booking begins online with a $50 deposit.

More than an appointment

CasaBliss turns massage from something you finally get around to into a rhythm you keep — calm, personalized sessions in your own space. A licensed professional arrives prepared, asks before acting, adapts the work to how you feel that day, and leaves your home as quiet as they found it.

Consistency

A reserved rhythm makes it easier to care for your body before a hard week becomes the only reason to book.

Personalization

Pressure, focus areas, pacing, and goals evolve with you — session after session.

Convenience

The therapist comes to your home with the table, fresh linens, and supplies. No driving, no waiting rooms.

Protected time

A recurring appointment sets aside real time to slow down — on your calendar, in your own space.

Why consistency

Care feels different when it has a place in your routine

Booking only after tension has taken over can make rest feel like an emergency. A rhythm—whatever fits your life—gives care a place on your calendar before the hardest days arrive.

  1. Booking reactively vs. keeping a routine

Most people book a massage after tension has already taken over the week. A routine works the other way: care is already on the calendar before the hardest days arrive.

  2. Your therapist learns what works for you

Repetition builds familiarity. Pressure preferences, focus areas, and what feels most useful can carry into the next visit without starting from zero.

  3. A habit that fits real life

Because the session comes to you, keeping the rhythm never competes with traffic, parking, or a waiting room.

  4. Experiences vary — and that's the point

Massage supports comfort and relaxation differently for every body. A rhythm gives you room to notice what works for yours, and adjust.

These sessions tend to suit people who invest in their wellbeing on purpose — professionals carrying recurring tension, active adults who recover on a schedule, and anyone who wants one part of the week that is entirely theirs.

“The rhythm does the remembering, so your body doesn’t have to.”

A routine, personalized

A routine adapted to you, not a subscription to a script

A routine is not a rule. Every session starts with a check-in, and everything about it — frequency, pressure, focus, timing — stays yours to shape as your life changes.

Frequency, yours

Weekly, every other week, monthly, or flexible — the schedule follows your body and your calendar, not a rule.

Pressure & focus that evolve

Each visit starts with a check-in. What got attention last time can change this time — including what stays off-limits.

A schedule that fits

Sessions at home, arranged around your week. No commute added to your rest.

Goals revisited

What you want from massage in January may not be what you need in June. Your therapist asks, listens, and adjusts.

You set the pace — and you can change it at any time. Nothing about your routine is locked in.

When to pause

Massage is a wellness service, not a substitute for medical care — a few situations call for postponing a session:

  • Active fever or acute illness
  • Open wounds or an active skin infection
  • A suspected blood clot (DVT) or recent surgery without your provider's clearance — do not proceed; seek medical guidance first

When in doubt, speak with your healthcare professional before booking — a routine is easy to resume.

Individual experiences vary — massage may support comfort and relaxation, and it works best as one part of an overall wellbeing routine, not as a treatment.

“A session should lower the volume of the day—quiet, unhurried, and entirely yours.”

CasaBliss brings personalized therapeutic bodywork to the place where you feel most at ease: home.

One session can be the beginning of a routine — and of a better relationship with your body.

Start with One Session

Choose your rhythm

There is no single schedule that is right for everyone

The right rhythm depends on your goals, comfort, activity level, schedule, and budget — and, when relevant, your healthcare professional’s guidance. Each session is booked individually, so the rhythm is a habit you keep, not a contract you sign.

Weekly

For seasons that ask a lot of your body — training blocks, demanding projects, heavy travel.

Every other week

A steady middle rhythm many clients settle into once they know what works.

Monthly

A regular reset that's easy to protect on any calendar.

Flexible

Book as your season changes. The rhythm is still yours — it just breathes.

Your therapist can suggest a cadence after a session, and rebooking takes a couple of minutes. Sessions are never scheduled automatically unless you request it.

Optional membership path

When regular sessions become part of your routine

A membership can make that routine simpler, but it is never required to keep booking individual sessions.

Memberships provide Wellness Minutes per monthly billing cycle. Those minutes can support the booking rhythm that works for you, but sessions are not scheduled automatically.

  • Bliss Monthly Essentialone 90-minute session per monthly cycle
  • Performance Planup to two 90-minute sessions per monthly cycle
  • Private Reserve Membershipup to four 90-minute sessions per monthly cycle

Questions about building a massage routine

How often should I get a massage?

There is no single schedule that is right for everyone. The right frequency depends on your goals, comfort, activity level, schedule, and budget — and on how your body responds. Many clients settle into a weekly, every-other-week, or monthly rhythm over time. Your therapist can suggest a starting cadence after your first session, and you can adjust it whenever you like.

Do I need a membership to book regularly?

No. You can begin — and continue booking individual sessions — without a membership. Memberships exist for clients who want their routine structured: they provide Wellness Minutes per monthly billing cycle, plus member savings when you redeem eligible minutes.

Can I start with just one session?

Yes — most routines start exactly that way. Book a single session, notice what worked for your body, and decide afterward whether a recurring rhythm makes sense. One visit never commits you to anything longer.

Can I book weekly or biweekly massage?

Yes, as a booking habit: each session is booked individually, so you can keep any rhythm that fits your life — weekly, every other week, monthly, or flexible. Your therapist may recommend a cadence after a session, and rebooking takes a couple of minutes. Sessions are never scheduled automatically unless you request it.

Can I request the same therapist each time?

You can request a therapist you've seen before whenever availability allows, and active members can send a preferred-therapist request when eligible. We prioritize continuity because familiarity improves the experience — but availability varies, so the same therapist is never guaranteed.

What's included in every visit?

Everything: travel to your home, a professional massage table, fresh linens, oils and supplies, setup, personalized adjustments to pressure, positioning, and pacing, and quiet pack-up after the session. You only need a quiet, clear area of approximately 12×12 ft (3.7×3.7 m).

What does a membership actually include?

Memberships are billed monthly and provide Wellness Minutes per billing cycle — depending on the plan, that covers one, two, or four 90-minute sessions — plus member savings when you redeem eligible minutes, a preferred-therapist request when eligible, and roll-over within your plan's buffer. There's no long-term commitment: cancel anytime with 30-day notice. Current plans and pricing live on the memberships page.

How do I change or cancel my rhythm?

Your booking pattern is entirely yours — book more often, less often, or take a season off. Nothing is scheduled automatically, so there's nothing to unsubscribe from. If you join a membership, you can change plans or cancel anytime with 30-day notice from your account.

How does the $50 deposit work?

It secures your time and is applied toward your session total. It's fully refundable if you cancel 24 hours or more before the session. Between 12 and 24 hours before, it becomes a Session Credit valid for 90 days. Under 12 hours or a no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.

How long is a session, and what does it cost?

Sessions start at $175 for 60 minutes (the Bliss Signature Experience), with 90- and 120-minute options and other services to choose from. You'll see every service, duration, and price before you confirm — and you can change your selection on the booking screen.

Which Miami areas do you serve?

CasaBliss serves many areas across Greater Miami — including Miami Beach, Brickell, Coral Gables, Doral, Aventura, and Sunny Isles — and coverage grows with our therapist network. Check your neighborhood or ZIP on the service areas page, or confirm while booking.

When should a massage be postponed?

With an active fever or acute illness, open wounds or a skin infection, a suspected blood clot (do not go ahead — seek medical evaluation first), or after a recent surgery without your provider's clearance. Share relevant conditions, medications, and restrictions when booking so your therapist can adapt the session safely. When in doubt, speak with your healthcare professional first — a routine is easy to resume.
